š¤ 1. Two Paths To $500k As A Solopreneur –Ā New YouTube Video

Most solopreneurs hit a wall around $100k/year that they never break through.
In this video, Iāll explain why.
I walk you through the two business models every solopreneur should pick between if they want to scale beyond $100k:
- Expert Business: Scale with PRICE (high-value, deep expertise)
- Marketing Business: Scale with SYSTEMS (zero fulfillment, all marketing)
Iām going to explain:
- The difference betweenĀ ExpertĀ andĀ MarketingĀ Businesses
- ExactlyĀ howĀ each model makes money
- WhatĀ skillsĀ you would need to implement them
- How you getĀ clientsĀ with each model
- WhatĀ real life examplesĀ of these businesses look like
š¤ 2. AI Assisted Browser Iām Playing With –Ā Dia

For the last week Iāve been experimenting with a new web browser created by The Browser Company, called Dia.
Iāve been a huge fan of their first browser, Arc, since January 11, 2023, when I listed Arc as one of my top 5 most-used apps of 2022, calling it my ānew favorite web browserā and stating, āIām done with Chrome & Safari.ā
Sadly, they’ve discontinued development of Arc to focus on Dia, which has pissed a lot of people off, myself included. (Exhibit A: These YouTube comments).
But Iām giving them a chance.
So far thereās some sparks of potential with Dia (chatting with your tabs, summarizing information), but itās hard to not see Dia as just ChatGPT baked in a web browser.
I mean, look at it:

One thing I do like is the ability to create āSkills,ā which are essentially automated prompts that you can run straight from the browser.
I created a āMorning Routineā skill that summarizes all of my daily readings in one place, which is pretty cool.
Overall, Iām not impressed, but still open to seeing if this turns into anything truly useful.
I believe The Browser Company is right in their thesis that the way we use the internet is in need of a fundamental overhaul, but I believe the Dia experiment is not going to be it.
If they had integrated Dia into Arc, now THAT would have been interesting.
āYou can check out Dia here.ā
āAnd grab Arc here (while you still can).
š 3. Phishās Summer Tour Starts This Weekend –Ā I Suggest You Go

My favorite bandās 30 stop summer tour kicks off this weekend in Manchester, NH.
If youāre within an hour of any of their tour stops this summer, I suggest you go.
Why?
- 4 virtuoso musiciansĀ communicating near-telepathically based on 40+ years of playing together.
- A light showĀ that is considered āthe 5th member of the bandā – itās that good.
- A crowd + experienceĀ that can only be felt in person.
One of my unofficial goals with this newsletter is to turn a few people into Phans.
It will be worth it.
(And you might see me there.)
ā° 4. The Price Of My Mentorship Is Going Up On July 1st –Ā The Best Time Is Now

Just a heads up – On July 1st, I’m increasing the price of my Mentorship program by $6,000.
Why?
- The price has been the same since February 2024.
- To better reflect the value my clients are experiencing.
- Iām going to be rolling out The Lab 2.0 in July (more on that soon).
If youāve been wanting to work closely with me, itās never going to be a better deal than this.
