🧱 1. I’m Bricking My Phone – Brick
Another attempt in my ongoing saga to make my phone less distracting.
(Others I’ve bought: The Light Phone, The AI Pin, Freedom, and more)
This $49 device essentially bricks your phone.
Here’s how it works:

🧠 2. Making The Correct Size Decisions – Article from Jonathan Courtney
This insight comes courtesy of Jonathan Courtney, (Founder of AJ&Smart).
Here’s what he says:
“One of the rules at my online course company Workshopper is that every initiative we attempt must be able to produce a minimum of 1 million euros in revenue within 12 months. It’s called the 1-12 Rule.”
And here’s the rule in writing:
Now you may be thinking: “RICH! I can’t even make $100k, how can I make million dollar decisions?!”
That’s exactly the point.
No matter where you are in your business, you should be making the correct size decisions.
For you it might not be 1 million (yet).
It may be $100,000 or $10,000.
But the truth is, many of us spend all our time making TINY decisions.
- Putting out fires.
- Chasing shiny objects.
- Optimizing for 1% more.
When the things that move the needle are the big things.
Repeat after me: “I’m only making 5/6/7/8 figure decisions in 2024.”

Was pleased to find out that I am a Loom All Star.
Loom is my favorite work tool, by far.
This year I eliminated 881 meetings using Loom.
I’m really out here practicing what I preach.

- Building systems

I’m hoping I can double this in 2024 – look out.
